Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a Reach Lift Operator to move products within our warehouse using a Reach Lift designed for narrow aisles and high shelves. You will help ensure products are available for multiple teams and maintain safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

The role requires understanding lift operations, floor safety, and inventory controls as you relocate items, package, and prepare pallets for shipping. This onsite position supports a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of safety guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of Bakco functions and RF systems.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide, units).

Responsibilities

• Reports to the shipping office at the beginning of each shift for daily assignment and inspection sheets.
• Inspects the lift and completes vehicle inspection.
• Replenishes pick slots and uses replenishment screens.
• Performs knockdowns and handles shrink wrap on knockdowns.
• Maintains counts and logs inventory discrepancies.
• Verifies correct product goes to the right pick location.
• Removes empty pallets and stages pallets in designated area.
• Parks and recharges the lift at shift end.
• Adheres to HACCP and SQF policies and procedures.
