Job summary

REACH is seeking a helicopter pilot for full-time medical airtransportation services. You will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport patients and ensure aircraft readiness while adhering to FAR/REACH requirements.

The role requires an FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate, instrument rating, and an FAA Class I/II medical certificate, plus substantial flight hours. Expect a competitive salary with a 30% geographic modifier, a $15k sign-on, and on-duty housing.

Qualifications

• Must hold an FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class I or II medical certificate.
• 2,000 total flight hours.
• 1,500 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• 500 turbine helicopter hours.
• 100 night hours unaided or 50 unaided with 100 aided.
• 230 lb weight limit with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with a medical team to and from locations.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and comply with FAR/REACH requirements.
• Keep REACH and regulatory documentation up to date.
• Coordinate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Record shift changes on the REACH change board.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Incentives

• Salary Range: $115,387 - $126,926; 30% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• On Duty Housing
• 7/7 Schedule

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand REACH requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateREACH and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successivepilotandteamfollowingprotocol forrecordingA REACH change boarddetails
