Job summary

Reach Climbing and Fitness is seeking a Birthday Party Staff member to lead and support kids' birthday celebrations from start to finish in a high-energy, kid-friendly environment.

You will run activities, assist with party setup and cleanup, coordinate food/service, and maintain open communication with parents to ensure a smooth event. Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and enjoy working with children.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years or older
• Weekend availability is a must
• Comfortable working with children and leading groups
• Positive, energetic, and reliable
• CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus (or willingness to obtain)

As a Birthday Party Staff member, you'll lead and support kids' birthday parties from start to finish. You'll be responsible for creating a fun, exciting, and safe atmosphere while assisting with activities, games, party room setup, and cleanup. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working with kids, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a high-energy environment.
