Job description

We're looking for fun individuals to host birthday parties on the weekend and join our team! Birthday parties are scheduled as needed. Staff will go through training on hosting, parkour games, safety, procedures, etc.

Requirements & Other Things

High school graduate (or equivalent) preferred. Experience is helpful, but not necessary. We train!

We look for individuals who are eager-to-learn team players and can create a fun environment for everyone involved. You hold a core set of values and ethics to own up to your mistakes and learn from them, create a safe space for children with differing needs, and can work as a team when things go south. You proactively facilitate/respond to children in thoughtful ways, work well with children and adults, have a strong sense of empathy, have an eye for safety, and you maintain professionalism in and out of the workplace.

• Learn to do parkour ! But only if you want. You'll have to know how to implement it in parties.
