• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GxP or 21 CFR Part 11) and their impact on research technology.
• Familiarity with global IT service management practices (ITIL) and support models.

Responsibilities

• Senior Partnering & RDT Site Coordination: Collaborate with M&A leaders to ensure a seamless transition to standard RDT operations; act as the primary RDT liaison for site leadership; advise business leaders on technical debt and legacy GenMark app decommissionings, while safeguarding key operational milestones from an RDT perspective.
• Hands-On Technical Execution: Drive resolution of open technical backlogs in collaboration with domain experts; facilitate system migrations from legacy domains and applications; manage technical site operations and local application inventories.
