Job summary

Roche GenMark in San Diego seeks an IT Business Partner Lead to shape local IT strategy for R&D sites in Carlsbad and Torrey Pines. You will partner with site leaders, manage technical backlogs, and ensure smooth handovers from the M&A integration phase while aligning with global RDT standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating with M&A leaders, addressing technical debt, and guiding local environments through changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science, Business or related field
• Master/PhD is a plus
• Senior experience in IT business partnering, technology consulting, or technical site management in life sciences/diagnostics
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance local site needs with global strategy

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with M&A leaders to ensure a seamless transition to standard RDT operations
• Advise business leaders on technical debt and legacy GenMark app decommissionings
• Manage技 technical site operations and inventories
• Coordinate complex backlogs and drive alignment toward RDT standards
