Job summary

Prime Hiring Solutions invites a Senior Technical Lead to oversee a small engineering team and drive end-to-end software reliability for broadband devices. You will diagnose issues, design robust tools, and mentor teammates in C/C++, Python, and Linux environments.

You will leverage AWS services and log analytics (ELK, Splunk, Grafana) to surface insights and optimize performance, enabling timely releases across devices and networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Lead or Senior role, mentoring a small engineering team.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Linux with experience in networking.
• Hands-on experience with log management/analysis tools (ELK, Splunk, Grafana).
• Familiarity with Jira, Git, and GitHub for defect tracking and code collaboration.
• Experience using AWS services (S3, Athena, QuickSight) to derive insights from large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across broadband devices and RDK components.
• Lead design reviews, drive DevOps improvements and scalable tooling.
• Develop anomaly detection and data-driven solutions to prevent field problems.
• Mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, and ensure timely releases.
