Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license is required.
• 4 years of maintenance experience.
• 2 years of experience in each of two specialty areas.
• Experience repairing and training in standard electrical/electronic voltages (51-599) volt systems and above.
• Certification to perform Senior Mechanic level electrical work if required by local regulations.
• Proven record of safety compliance.
• Color vision ability to see object color distinctions.

Responsibilities

• Keep RDC equipment fully operational and repair as needed.
• Diagnose equipment issues, determine repair type, and plan work.
• Order spare parts and execute repairs independently as required.
• Mentor a Utility and Maintenance Mechanic I and seek guidance from the Maintenance Coach when needed.
