Job summary

United Health Centers is hiring Dental Assistants (DA) and Registered Dental Assistants (RDA) to support dentists and the clinic team. The roles involve preparing tools, assisting during procedures, and maintaining charting and sterilization standards.

Dentists and supervisors will guide daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care. Experience is welcomed, with higher pay for RDAs.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt dental support; promotes a smooth patient flow; collects and records data accurately; maintains order of the back office, equipment and supplies.
• Achieves the organizational mission to provide health care access for all community members; helps ensure patients and families receive care when needed.
• Communicate openly with supervisor and staff.
• Work flexible or extended hours when necessary.
• Participate in health center in-services and meetings; listen and respect others' ideas.
• Abide by Rules of Confidentiality.
