Community Dental Partners seeks a Registered Dental Assistant to support the Dentist during exams and treatments. You will perform general RDA duties in collaboration with the team, delivering quality service and maintaining professional relationships in a positive environment.

This role requires compliance with HIPAA, accurate digital charting, and efficient patient flow. Expect a full-time schedule at one Brownwood location with ongoing training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Texas Issued Registered Dental Assistant Licensing is required.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring and Coronal Polishing Certifications preferred (if 2+ years of experience, courses provided).
• Digital x-ray and Digital Charting experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, complete digital charting and verify codes.
• Capture quality X-ray images.
• Assist dentist with a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms.
• Discuss treatment options and follow-up care.
