Job summary

Dentists of Duarte is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. You will perform patient care, office and lab duties, take x-rays and intra-oral pictures, and help educate patients about oral health while maintaining a clean, compliant practice.

You should have a high school diploma or GED with state certifications/licenses, or an associate degree/certificate.

• High school diploma or GED with mandated state training/certifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency
• Actively participate in the Perfect Patient Experience
• Maintain a clean, sterile, cheerful environment for patients
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories according to ADA guidelines
• Comply with State, Federal, and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies)

Education
