Job summary

United Health Centers is seeking Dental Assistants (DA) and Registered Dental Assistants (RDA) to join one of our health centers. Experienced DAs or new graduates are welcome; higher pay for RDAs.

DAs support dentists and patients, prepare tools, sterilize equipment, and maintain back-office organization. Education: high school or GED, accredited dental assisting program, X-ray, Coronal Polish, and CPR; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED is required.
• Dental Assisting program from an Accredited College is required.
• X-Ray certificate is required.
• Coronal Polish certificate is required.
• CPR Card is required.
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience, preferred.
• Possess a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental support and promote smooth patient flow.
• Prepare and arrange tools and instruments for scheduled procedures.
• Assist during treatments and sterilize equipment.
• Maintain back-office organization and confidentiality.
• Communicate with supervisor and staff; adapt to extended hours when needed.
