Job summary

West Coast Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for full-time, with flexible scheduling across Monday–Saturday as needed. Join a growth-focused team delivering general, specialty, and orthodontic care in a multi-office environment.

Qualifications

• Active California RDA license is required.
• Current X-ray certification (CA) is required.
• Coronal polish and sealant certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per OSHA.
• Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures.
• Take, develop, and process dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients on oral hygiene.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
• Manage operatory flow and support a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment.
• Collaborate with front/back-office teams to deliver quality care.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience from start to finish.
• Mentor in programs to grow clinical skills and career opportunities.
