West Coast Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for a full-time role in South Gate, CA. You will assist dentists, prepare rooms, take X-rays, and maintain patient records in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant license.
• X-ray certification (CA) is required.
• Coronal polish and sealant certification is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards.
• Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures (including ortho, oral surgery, etc.).
• Take, develop, and process dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Manage operatory flow and support efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with front and back-office teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Be a key part of creating a positive patient experience from start to finish.
• Take initiative to learn new skills and assist across multiple specialties.
• Participate in mentoring programs to grow your clinical expertise and advance your career.
