RCS Operational Performance Expert

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Billing and Collections team in the role of RCS Operational Performance Expert.

This position serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services. It provides leadership across the division regarding specific education, training, and the management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulations. Additionally, this role serves as a point of escalation for claim-related issues, providing independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable, as well as direct intervention where appropriate.

• Bachelors degree preferred. Requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Requires Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
