Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess current licenses and be able to obtain RCRA/DOT/HAZWOPER certifications.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste storage area inspection protocols per EPA and state requirements.
• Regulatory knowledge of federal and state hazardous waste management rules.

Responsibilities

• Stock chemicals and spill control materials per client process requirements.
• Enter all stocking and transactions in CMIS software.
• Prepare materials for proper transport and delivery to requested locations.
• Store materials in the client’s chemical crib and ensure proper segregation.
• Conduct weekly inspections of storage areas and maintain inventory.
• Follow DOT requirements when loading and shipping hazardous wastes.
