Job summary

Privia Health, a technology-driven national physician enablement company, is seeking a Training Specialist to oversee and execute training for Privia Care Centers on athenaOne Collector billing workflows. You will map future-state workflows and develop curriculum across in-person, eLearning, and webinar formats.

Responsibilities include leading pre-live and post-live training, maintaining curriculum, and providing at-the-elbow support to ensure a high-performing RCM program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; RCM and physician office billing experience required.
• 2+ years client-facing training and practice management systems experience preferred, with athena Clinicals/Collector strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

• Ensure training aligns with best practices and proactively incorporate feedback to elevate the RCM program.

Primary Duties:

• Develop and maintain athenaOne collector curriculum and Privia University (LMS) content.
• Lead pre-live and post-live training for new Care Centers and support high-profile implementations.
• Provide at-the-elbow support and supplemental training, partnering with market trainers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; previous RCM and physician office billing experience required.
• 2+ years client-facing training and practice management systems experience preferred, with athena Clinicals/Collector strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Salary range $65,000-$70,000 base, plus 15% annual bonus target.

• Remote work requires minimum internet speeds of 5 MBPS download and 3 MBPS upload; expense reimbursement for home office available.
