Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a RCM Training and Workflow Manager to oversee training across Privia Care Centers and markets, focusing on athenaOne Collector workflows and Privia University content. You will map future-state workflows, design curricula, and lead both pre-live and post-live trainings to ensure best-in-class RCM performance.

The role requires 2+ years of client-facing training and experience with athena’s products, with travel 10–20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience with Revenue Cycle Management and physician office billing.
• 2+ years experience with client-facing training.
• Experience with athena Clinicals and Collector software preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain athenaOne collector curriculum for Care Centers.
• Develop content for Privia University LMS.
• Lead pre-live and post-live training for new Care Centers in all markets.
• Support RCM implementation and training for New Markets.
• Lead trainings for high-profile implementations.
• Provide on-the-elbow support for high-profile Care Centers.
• Support New Market Go-Lives.
• Create supplemental training for all markets.
• Collaborate with market trainers to execute curriculum.
• Share new athenaOne features regularly.
• Innovate learning experiences for Care Centers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel Requirements: 10 - 20%.
