Qualifications

• 3+ years in auditing/QA or equivalent RCM experience.
• Experience with athenaHealth/athenaOne preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Google Workspace skills required.
• Fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused.
• Remote work with required internet speed; reimbursement for expenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews and audit claims and workflows.
• Develop and maintain quality measurements for team performance.
• Analyze data to identify deficiencies and report trends.
