Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking an RCM Technician at Moffett Field, CA to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on complex facility systems including HVAC, boiler, and electrical equipment.

You will collect and analyze route data, install vibration monitoring hardware, and participate in root cause analysis to improve maintenance programs. Extensive CMMS experience and Level I vibration/training are required, with at least 2 years in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 4-year journeyman level course or 2-year technical school.
• 2 years field experience.
• Certifications must meet ASNT Level I or higher requirements.
• Maximo or equivalent CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance on complex facility systems (HVAC, boiler, electronic, refrigeration, electrical).
• Collects data with current tech and loads/dumps route data.
• Installs vibration monitoring hardware on critical systems.
• Participates in Root Cause Analysis and evaluates PM/PI tasks.
