Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions seeks an experienced RCM Technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on complex facility systems at the Moffett Field site in California, including HVAC, boiler, electronic, refrigeration and electrical components.

You will collect data using current software, build data sets, install vibration monitoring hardware, and participate in Root Cause Analysis while maintaining expertise in PdM technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus 4-year journeyman level course or 2-year technical school.
• 2 years of field experience.
• Certified in vibration analysis and thermography to Level I.
• ASNT Level I or equivalent certification; OEM training may substitute.
• Maximo CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Data collection using current technology and software to load, dump, and analyze route data.
• Builds and updates data sets and databases (alarms, trends) and assists in analysis.
• Install vibration monitoring hardware on critical facility systems.
• Perform administrative tasks and participate in Root Cause Analysis; evaluate PM/PI tasks.
• Maintain currency in RCM/PdM technologies.
