Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring a Billing Supervisor to lead the RCM staff and oversee performance metrics in a fully remote role across states where LifeStance operates.

You will train, monitor, balance workload, conduct monthly quality evaluations, and respond to requests while ensuring HIPAA compliance and efficient revenue cycle management for outpatient mental health payors.

The position offers a salary of $61,000–$73,000 annually with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in medical billing/RCM; supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, A/R, CPT, and ICD-9 codes; HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day RCM staff and performance metrics.
• Complete monthly quality evaluations.
• Monitor staff scheduling, time and attendance, and workload balance.
• Identify issues and develop action plans to mitigate and resolve.
• Train, develop, motivate, and assist team members to reach higher skills.
• Review requests and respond to emails, messages, and escalations; ensure timely completion of accounts.
• Attend meetings and document agendas and notes.

Directly responsible for the training and monitoring of staff as well as all aspects of RCM and Performance Management. This position is a remote role with the ability to sit within any state where LifeStance is located.Compensation: $61,000 - 73,000 Annually with potential bonusResponsibilities:Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day supervision and leadership of RCM staff, including but not limited to the Performance Management metrics of RCMComplete monthly quality evaluations.
