Responsibilities

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and routine accounting transactions following procedures.
• Review account information for accuracy and resolve basic discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable, including payment runs and schedules.
• Apply customer payments and assist with collections for AR records.
• Maintain vendor and customer records in accounting systems.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers professionally and promptly.
• Partner with finance team to drive process improvements.
• Ensure records comply with company policies and accounting standards.
