Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a detail‑driven Revenue Cycle Specialist to post manual EOBs, manage deposits, and oversee cash flow with precision. You will work closely with the Finance and Billing teams to ensure every payment is posted accurately and recorded in the bank reconciliation process.

You’ll leverage AdvancedMD and related systems to handle non-electronic EOBs, monitor ERA activity, and maintain meticulous logs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical payment posting experience.
• Strong understanding of manual EOBs and reconciliations.
• Experience with bank reconciliation and monthly refund cycles.

Responsibilities

• Post all non-electronic (paper or scanned) EOBs into AdvancedMD.
• Log and prepare daily deposits, including check handling and deposit tracking for Finance.
• Reconcile posted payments against bank activity and identify variances promptly.
• Monitor ERA postings and ensure timely posting; coordinate with offshore posting as needed.
