Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in US healthcare RCM or medical billing.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims, payer follow-up, AR management, and denial resolution.
• Familiarity with US healthcare insurance processes, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end revenue cycle activities including claims submission and AR management.
• Follow up with payers on outstanding claims and denials.
• Investigate denials, identify root causes, and coordinate resubmissions.
• Document payer interactions and claim updates.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize claims to improve collections.
• Suggest process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy policies.
