Job summary

Commure, based in Mountain View, CA, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to support the Revenue Growth team within the RCM product line. You will deliver quarterly revenue-performance presentations, diagnose fluctuations, and propose fixes to enhance topline growth across multiple healthcare clients.

You will work five days per week in our Mountain View office, collaborating with product, engineering, and account management to drive measurable improvements in revenue and client experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in consulting, investment banking or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
• Deep experience in data analysis (SQL and Excel required; Python a plus)
• Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices for process improvement
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations and engineering
• Demonstrated drive, curiosity, attention to detail and a track record of success
• Novice mentality; comfortable asking questions to fill gaps
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguity and prioritize effectively
• Customer obsession to ensure clients have cash to pay clinicians
• Familiarity with Retool and GSuite is a plus
• Experience in the RCM space is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations on revenue performance
• Explain revenue deltas by identifying process weaknesses and analyzing shifts
• Prioritize and implement process fixes to prevent revenue drops
• Craft data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and revenue growth
• Launch ad hoc revenue-generating initiatives across multiple customers
• Continuously drive process improvements for the internal team and cross-functional partners
