Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking an Associate Product Support Representative (Tier 1) to assist clients with Medical Billing/RCM issues on our EMR platforms. You will troubleshoot, document cases, and provide clear guidance.

This role requires strong communication, a patient, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work Pacific Time hours in a hybrid setup. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 2+ years in software application support (SaaS).
• Medical Billing/RCM experience required.
• HIPAA/compliance awareness.
• Strong troubleshooting and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and basic guidance on Raintree EMR platforms with focus on Medical Billing/RCM.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a phone-first approach.
• Gather information, validate issues, and document cases.
• Troubleshoot to isolate issues and reproduce problems.
• Escalate if needed and manage case priorities and aging.
• Update management on high-priority issues.
• Contribute to knowledge base and training materials.
• Ensure data security and HIPAA compliance.
• Work Pacific Time hours (8am-5pm PT).
