Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking an Associate Product Support Representative (RCM) to assist clients using our Medical Billing software. You will troubleshoot, resolve basic issues, and provide clear guidance on EMR platforms while maintaining a phone-first, client-centered approach.

The role requires a degree or relevant experience, 2+ years in SaaS support, and the ability to work Pacific Time hours in a hybrid office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of SaaS software support experience.
• Medical Billing/RCM experience required.
• HIPAA compliant environment and Pacific Time schedule (8am-5pm PT preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide support and basic guidance on Raintree EMR platforms for Medical Billing/RCM.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a phone-first approach.
• Document and manage cases with clear follow-ups and escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and team to identify and resolve basic issues.
• Contribute to knowledge base and training materials.
