Job summary

InStride Health is seeking a Senior Manager, RCM Optimization & Strategy to identify root causes of denials and leakage across revenue cycle management. You will own billing setup, lead root-cause analyses, and build KPI dashboards, collaborating with Payor Operations, IT, and Licensing & Credentialing.

This is a fully remote role reporting to the Senior Director of RCM. You will drive streamlined workflows, reduce front-end errors, and scale RCM capabilities while potentially growing into

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field or 10+ years in healthcare RCM.
• Proven track record using complex data to streamline RCM operations and recover revenue.
• Strong project management with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end RCM workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and revenue leakage.
• Own billing system setup and configuration across RCM platforms (Apero, Sigma, Mahler).
• Build and refine RCM KPI dashboards and share insights with leadership.
• Lead root-cause analyses on denials and underpayments with durable fixes.
• Collaborate with Technology and Payor Operations to implement automation and resolve payor issues.
• Lead change management when deploying new billing tools and workflows.
• Deliver executive-level RCM insights and financial performance reporting.
