Job summary

InStride Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, RCM Optimization & Strategy to identify root causes of denials and revenue leakage across RCM operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of RCM, you will own billing setup, lead deep-dive analyses, and build KPI dashboards to measure performance.

This is a fully remote position supporting the US team. You will collaborate with RCM, Payor Operations, Licensing & Credentialing, and IT to streamline workflows, reduce front-end errors, and scale

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management with analytics or optimization focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 10+ years of healthcare RCM experience.
• Proven ability to use data to streamline RCM, reduce denials, and recover revenue.
• Experience configuring billing platforms and payor processes, CPT/ICD-10 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end RCM workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and revenue leakage.
• Own billing system setup, including payor logic, fee schedules, and contracts.
• Build and refine KPI dashboards (denial rate, clean claim rate, AR days).
• Lead root-cause analyses on denials and underpayments; propose durable fixes.
• Collaborate with IT, Payor Operations, Licensing & Credentialing, and others to optimize workflows.
• Drive automation with technology to improve claim submission and revenue capture.
