Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations Specialist to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and support initiatives to improve revenue performance. You will work closely with the Director of RCM Operations and handle EMR, EVV/RCM config, ERA/EFT/EDI setup, and payor portal maintenance.

Job description

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations Specialist supports the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team by assisting in the optimization of operational workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and executing daily tasks to maintain and improve existing processes. This role works closely with the Director of RCM Operations to ensure compliance, streamline processes, assists in projects and collections, and support initiatives to enhance revenue performance. In this role, you will report to Director of RCM Operations.

Duties/Responsibilities

• EMR setup and maintenance for RCM department
• EVV/RCM configuration
• ERA/EFT/EDI setup and maintenance
• Payor portal maintenance for all employees
• Denovo/location change tracking and system updates
• Assist with projects pertaining to acquisitions and EMR conversions

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 / hourly
