Team Select Home Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an RCM Operations Specialist to support the Revenue Cycle Management team by optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and executing daily tasks to maintain and improve processes.

You will work closely with the Director of RCM Operations, assist in projects and training, handle EMR setup, payor portals, and collections initiatives, and contribute to revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of healthcare collections experience.
• Minimum two years of operation/administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Healthcare knowledge in collections and operations.

## RCM Operations SpecialistApply: Phoenix, AZ Headquarters: Full time: Posted 3 Days Ago: JR101497The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations Specialist supports the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team by assisting in the optimization of operational workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and executing daily tasks to maintain and improve existing processes. This role works closely with the Director of RCM Operations to ensure compliance, streamline processes, assists in projects and collections, and support initiatives to enhance revenue performance.
