The Role

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Advisory Manager owns and leads end-to-end revenue cycle operations across assigned payors and acquired entities within TEAM Services Group. This role is accountable for driving strong collections performance, reducing denials, improving cash flow, and scaling revenue cycle processes through analytics, automation, and disciplined execution. This individual will serve as an advisor for our brand RCM teams, guiding them on best practices on RCM.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a proven RCM operator who can manage complexity, lead teams across geographies (including offshore), partner cross-functionally, and continuously improve how revenue flows through the organization—especially during periods of growth and acquisition.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to brand RCM teams and support and report to the RCM leader for TEAM.
  • Support system and workflow transitions across entities.
  • Support M&A revenue cycle integration efforts.
  • Support the build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Manage one RCM Advisory Analyst to execute portfolio-wide projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory & Enterprise Support
  • Shape enterprise RCM strategy and support brand leaders with actionable insights.
  • Support system migrations, workflow redesign, and process implementation across acquisitions.
  • Develop and refine RCM performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Ensure alignment with financial targets and integration priorities.
Revenue Cycle Operations & Optimization
  • Advise RCM teams across our portfolio on billing, collections, authorizations, reimbursement, denial management, and payer follow‑up across Medicaid, Managed Care, Waiver, and private‑pay programs.
  • Advise on best practices around strengthening payer relationships as it relates to the RCM process.
  • Partner with BI and Data teams to drive improvements in technology, automation, analytics, and standardization.
  • Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across RCM activities.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead a nimble team of one RCM Advisory Analyst with clear priorities and execution discipline. This team will have a sister team, both teams reporting into the RCM leader of TEAM.
  • Partner with finance, operations, M&A, technology, and brand leaders during integrations.
  • Influence and support without building large, centralized teams.
What You Bring To The Table
  • 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership in healthcare services.
  • Experience in multi-location, multi-entity environments.
  • Strong background in system transitions, integrations, and acquisition support.
  • Offshore vendor management experience.
  • Deep understanding of Medicaid, Managed Care, commercial payers, and value-based reimbursement.
  • Demonstrated ability to build KPIs, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Prior experience in medical groups, radiology, veterinary services, behavioral health, or similar roll‑up healthcare environments.
  • Experience implementing RCM technology, automation, or analytics systems.
  • Travel required: 25% of time.
