Team Select Home Care in Phoenix, AZ seeks an RCM Operations Specialist to optimize workflows, support the Director of RCM Operations, and help drive revenue performance through accurate, compliant processes. You will handle EMR setup and maintenance, EVV/RCM configuration, ERA/EFT/EDI maintenance, and payor portal upkeep while assisting acquisitions and EMR conversions.

Requirements: 2+ years healthcare collections and admin operations, plus strong Excel and MS Office skills; non-exempt hourly

• Two years healthcare collections experience required.
• Two years operation/administrative experience required.
• Detail-oriented, independent and well-organized.

Job description

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations Specialist supports the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team by assisting in the optimization of operational workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and executing daily tasks to maintain and improve existing processes. This role works closely with the Director of RCM Operations to ensure compliance, streamline processes, assists in projects and collections, and support initiatives to enhance revenue performance. In this role, you will report to Director of RCM Operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• EMR setup and maintenance for RCM department

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 / hourly
