Job summary

Team Select Home Care seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager, RCM to lead the AR collections for the RCM department. The role reports to the Senior Manager, RCM and coordinates with operations, clinical, compliance, and the authorization team.

The position requires leadership experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage time and communicate effectively. Exempt status with a salary range of $60,000–$75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• At least 2 years of medical collections experience.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of collections for the RCM department.
• Analyze AR functions to ensure maximum workflow and productivity; communicate deficiencies and best practices to operations.
• Ensure billing, collection, denial, and reporting activities meet deadlines.
