Job summary

ADM seeks an RCM Lead at the Decatur Corn Plant to drive reliability and shift from reactive to proactive maintenance. You will lead change, deploy enterprise asset management, and ensure budgets align with strategic goals.

You will develop maintenance strategies, coach teams, and guide continuous improvement projects across rotating equipment and related assets to meet safety, quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in R/M activities.
• Experience managing direct reports (5+ years).
• Proficient in predictive and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy reliability strategy integrated with Performance Excellence.
• Lead asset management and L2A projects to reduce downtime.
• Guide maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution using CMMS.
• Develop and track reliability KPIs to improve safety and cost.
• Mentor direct reports and build succession within the team.
• Provide technical support to plant maintenance and operations.
