Job summary

Nourish, a leading AI-native digital health company, seeks an RCM Lead, Reconciliation & Cash Posting to own cash reconciliation with insurance and patient payments. You will align Stripe and Candid, handle unreconciled items, and oversee a small VA team.

This role reports to the Director of Collections and is open to NYC-based or remote candidates. You will build SOPs, optimize workflows across MNT, new bets, and enterprise partners, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in cash posting and reconciliation.
• Hands-on reconciliation across patient and insurance payments.
• Ability to match ERAs/EOBs and checks to deposits.
• Experience building SOPs and workflows from scratch.
• Comfort with high-volume, detail-heavy work.
• Experience leading or directing others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own cash reconciliation end to end across patient and insurance payments.
• Reconcile unreconciled checks and ERAs, identify root causes and resolve.
• Size and sequence unreconciled cash backlog and drive a remediation timeline.
• Onboard and oversee a team of virtual assistants on reconciliation workflows.
• Build and maintain SOPs/workflows for tracking ERAs and cash.
• Oversee refund workflows for payers and patients with safeguards.
• Partner with enterprise teams to run reconciliation workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate reconciliation and improve processes.
