nimble solutions is a leading provider of revenue cycle management solutions for ambulatory surgery centers, surgical clinics, and anesthesia groups. We are seeking a results-driven Payment Posting Lead to support multiple client accounts and collaborate with executives to optimize billing processes.

You will train teams, analyze reports, identify denial trends, and drive improvements in the revenue cycle. The role requires 3+ years in healthcare posting and client management, with strong Excel

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in Payment Posting.
• At least 3 years of direct client contact/management.
• 3+ years Payment Posting and claims experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of meeting productivity KPIs.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, Liability, and Worker's Compensation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH and patient confidentiality policies.
• Intermediate knowledge of the revenue cycle; ASC billing preferred.
• 3+ years in a variety of RCM practice management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Subject matter expert for the client account and provide high level training.
• Partner with learning and development to create client-specific training curriculum.
• Reviews and analyzes reports and data to maximize efficiency and focus areas of concern.
• Identify denial trends, report payer issues, and recommend recovery plans.
• Manages, drives, and produces for assigned accounts; target 50+ PRO/day or 65+ for others.
• Acts as a resource for Payment Posting team on billing policies and guidelines.
• Maintains knowledge of client-specific SOVs and drives policy updates.
