Job summary

Nourish is building a healthcare platform that makes healthy living easy and offers insurance-covered care across all 50 states. The RCM Lead will own cash reconciliation for patient and insurance payments, supervise a team of VAs, and drive SOPs and refunds workflows to support enterprise reconciliation in a fast-paced startup.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in cash posting and reconciliation, with hands-on RCM experience, and are comfortable with high-volume, detail-heavy work and building

• Ensure Stripe and Candid are aligned on total patient cash posted and reconcile checks/ERAs to root causes.
• Onboard, direct, and oversee a team of VAs on reconciliation workflows and quality checks.
• Build and maintain SOPs, oversee refund workflows, and partner across teams to support enterprise reconciliation.
