Falck US is hiring an Analyst in Revenue Cycle Management to focus on financial performance, prediction and risk. You will help leadership understand trends in revenue, cash flow and collection outcomes, linking payor and patient behavior to financial results.

This role blends finance, analytics and RCM expertise to drive data-driven decisions. Working within a collaborative team, you will analyze performance across key indicators, support forecasting, and help improve reporting quality and

Qualifications

• A background in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, trends and forecasting.
• Experience with reporting, variance analysis, financial performance or predictive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RCM performance across revenue, cash flow, collections, denials, underpayments and backlog.
• Build insight into payor and patient behavior trends from aggregated portfolio views to detailed root-cause analysis.
• Support forecasting and prediction for revenue, collections, cash flow and performance risk.
• Leverage internal finance data and external market intelligence to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and forecast opportunities that support business growth.
• Translate large data sets into clear, actionable insight for leaders and stakeholders.
• Support regular reporting with a strong focus on trends, variance analysis and forward-looking visibility.
