Job summary

Falck US is seeking an Analyst- Insurance Relation in Revenue Cycle Management to monitor financial performance, forecast trends and assess risk across revenue, cash flow, collections and denials. You will translate data into actionable insights for leadership and support forward-looking decision making.

Ideal candidates have a finance or analytics background, strong data skills, and experience with reporting, forecasting and variance analysis. Healthcare/RCM exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with data, trends and forecasting.
• Experience in reporting, variance analysis, financial performance or predictive analysis.
• Data-savvy mindset with ability to switch between summary views and detailed analysis.
• Healthcare, RCM, payor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RCM performance across revenue, cash flow, collections, denials and backlog.
• Build insights into payor and patient behavior trends.
• Support forecasting and prediction for revenue and performance risk.
• Leverage finance data and market intelligence to generate actionable insights.
• Translate large datasets into clear insights for leaders.
• Support regular reporting with focus on trends and forward-looking visibility.
• Collaborate with BI, finance and RCM partners to improve reporting quality.
• Move reporting from reactive to proactive financial insight.
