Job summary

Falck USA is hiring an Analyst in Revenue Cycle Management to analyze financial performance and predict risk. You will examine revenue, cash flow, collections and denials, linking payor and patient trends to outcomes.

The role blends finance, analytics and RCM knowledge to drive proactive insights for leadership. This position focuses on turning data into actionable forecasts, improving reporting, and supporting strategic decisions to optimize revenue and cash flow.

Qualifications

• A background in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, trends and forecasting.
• Experience with reporting, variance analysis and financial performance.
• Data-savvy mindset and ability to move between summaries and details.
• Healthcare/RCM/payor-related experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RCM performance across revenue, cash flow, collections, denials and backlog.
• Build insight into payor and patient behavior trends from portfolio views to root-cause analysis.
• Support forecasting and prediction for revenue, collections, cash flow and risk.
• Leverage finance data and market intelligence to generate actionable insights.
• Identify where performance strengthens or risks increase and suggest actions.
• Translate large data sets into clear insights for leaders.
• Support regular reporting with a focus on trends and forward-looking visibility.
• Collaborate with BI, finance and RCM partners to improve reporting quality.
