Job summary

Marwood Group is a leading healthcare advisory and research firm based in New York City, offering revenue cycle management (RCM) advisory services to investors and healthcare organizations. The Senior Analyst/Associate role is hands-on, supporting due diligence and post-transaction performance improvement engagements.

You will analyze data, conduct interviews, own workstreams, and translate findings into executive-ready deliverables under compressed timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–6 years in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare analytics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with executive-ready analyses.
• Ability to work with large, imperfect datasets and reconcile information.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, with heavier on-site periods around go-live.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims, AR, denials, payer and productivity data and reconcile with EHR/PM reports and GL.
• Run process discovery interviews with RCM leaders and frontline staff and validate with data.
• Own implementation workstreams from future-state design through go-live and stabilization.
• Facilitate client sessions and develop workplans, SOPs, and KPI reporting.
• Establish baselines and track benefits; report results against commitments.
• Produce executive-ready Excel workpapers and PowerPoint deliverables on tight schedules.
