You will collaborate with coding and operational teams, validate terminology, and quantify financial impact to drive corrective action and prevent future denials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management with a focus on denials and performance management.
• Hands-on experience in denials/denial root-cause analysis and communication of findings.
• Experience collaborating with coding teams and stakeholders to drive improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze denied claims to develop and write clear problem statements with objectives and failure points.
• Partner with operations to validate medical terminology, coding accuracy and front-end processes.
• Assess the financial impact of denials and support initiatives to reduce revenue loss.
