R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Performance Management Denials Analyst Standardization Lead in the United States. You will analyze denied claims, define problem statements, and identify root causes to improve reimbursement and revenue cycle performance.

You will collaborate with coding and operational teams, validate terminology, and quantify financial impact to drive corrective action and prevent future denials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management with a focus on denials and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience in denials/denial root-cause analysis and communication of findings.
  • Experience collaborating with coding teams and stakeholders to drive improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Partner closely with operational teams to validate medical terminology, coding accuracy, and front-end revenue cycle processes contributing to denials.
