DaMar Staffing is seeking a Billing Supervisor in Syosset, NY to lead the billing and revenue cycle team, ensuring accurate claim submission, timely payments, and strong controls.

You will oversee AR operations, coordinate with offshore teams, mentor staff, and drive process improvements that reduce denials and shorten reimbursement cycles. The role requires 2-5 years in medical billing, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on use of EMR and practice management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of medical billing and revenue cycle management experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams and driving results.
• Experience with commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, WC, No-Fault preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR, practice management systems, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily billing operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee AR department across domestic and offshore teams and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with offshore leadership to align processes and productivity.
• Mentor staff, provide coaching, and manage performance.
• Analyze denial trends and implement corrective actions to improve payments.
