College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy is seeking an experienced professional to direct and coordinate accounts receivable for the PB claims follow-up team. You will design and implement new technology to elevate Revenue Cycle Management and resolve complex AR issues as a key member of the RCM team.

You will supervise staff, collaborate with IT/EPIC, review payor guidelines, and work with other departments to improve workflow and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a healthcare Revenue Cycle Management role.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership with consensus-building capability.
• Knowledge of CPT-4, HCPCS, UB-04, ICD-10 and payor guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate follow-up and balance resolution for outstanding AR.
• Design, plan and implement new technology to improve professional claims follow-up.
• Supervise personnel responsible for resolving outstanding professional claims.
• Assist employees in resolving claims issues to prevent denials and ensure reimbursement.
• Review AR reports and coordinate productivity to reduce denials.
• Participate in implementation and maintenance of claim systems with IT/EPIC.
• Collaborate with other departments to share data and improve AR workflow.
• Review payor bulletins, transmittals, memos and policy changes.
• Educate staff and distribute relevant information.
• Collaborate with RCM leaders to improve operations and staff satisfaction.
• Solve problems with management to enhance productivity and handle special situations.
• Assist with patient inquiries and billing issues with Customer Service.
• Support other departments with billing problems.
• Assist with system upgrades, changes and testing.
