Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle, medical billing, or healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with insurance processes including claim submission and denial management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing questions and resolve denials.
• Work claims end-to-end through clearinghouse.
• Streamline existing RCM processes and maintain SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and contribute to RCM projects.
