Job summary

Ensora Health, a leading provider of software and services for behavioral health, seeks a detail-oriented RCM Specialist II in New Jersey to manage accounts, resolve complex billing challenges, and drive positive financial outcomes.

You will collaborate with clinicians and practice owners, review denied claims, monitor performance with analytics, and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service, account management, or client-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing and therapy reimbursement processes.
• Proficiency with billing systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Submit, review, correct, and process denied, rejected, and unpaid insurance and healthcare claims.
• Research and resolve claim issues by identifying root causes and solutions.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload by age, complexity, and urgency.
• Own the accounts receivable process for assigned accounts with analytics and reviews.
• Partner with clinicians and practice owners to provide proactive account management.
• Build trusted relationships through regular meetings and written communication.
• Identify trends and reimbursement challenges and suggest process improvements.
• Utilize technology to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to share knowledge.
• Stay current on payer requirements and industry changes.
