Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking an RCM Specialist II to support behavioral health providers with accounts management, denial resolution, and revenue cycle optimization. You will work closely with clinicians and practice owners to ensure timely payments and accurate filing.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of medical billing or revenue cycle experience, strong analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset. This is a collaborative, fast-paced role in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical billing or revenue cycle experience required.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience required.
• Knowledge of insurance and behavioral health billing.
• Familiarity with claims submission, denial management, and AR follow-up.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit, review, correct, and process denied, rejected, and unpaid insurance claims with accuracy and timely resolution.
• Research claim issues by identifying root causes, recommending solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload based on age, complexity, customer impact, and urgency.
• Own the accounts receivable process for assigned accounts, using reporting and analytics to monitor performance.
• Partner with clinicians, practice owners, and customers to provide proactive account management and exceptional service.
• Build trusted relationships through regular meetings and ongoing communication.
• Identify trends, denials, and reimbursement challenges while recommending process improvements.
• Utilize technology to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Leads and Managers to share knowledge and solve complex issues.
